You may qualify for a HomeSTAR Grant of up to 1% of the purchase price of the home
you buy.

There is NO income qualifications to meet as other programs may require. Whether you are a first time homebuyer or an existing homeowner looking to purchase another property, you may qualify for the Washington State HomeOwnership Grant. This program is only for homebuyers and does not provide benefits as a home seller.

The Washington State HomeOwnership Grant promotes home ownership affordability in Washington State.

Terms and Conditions:
In order to receive your valuable real estate rebate, you must use a Home Advantage Program certified real estate agent. Your Home Advantage Program Client Advocate will assign you one of our certified real estate agents. If you are already working with an agent or are under contract to buy or sell real estate, your Home Advantage Program benefits will not apply. It is not required that you use a Home Advantage Program certified agent if your needs are for a home loan only or if you have your own preferred home loan provider, you are still eligible to use a Home Advantage certified real estate agent.
