She currently holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and is designated in Commercial Real Estate and Luxury Marketing. Every client is a unique individual with distinctive needs. With an “international upbringing,” Boni spent her early years split between Lebanon and Europe. She later went on to live in Beiruit, Tehran, Geneva, Collonge-sous-Saleve, St. Albans outside London, Napa Valley and La Jolla before moving to the Pacific Northwest. She currently lives in Madison Park where she enjoys an active lifestyle, from playing tennis and horseback riding to golfing and ballroom dancing. She spends her quiet time with her book club or at her piano. Passionate about her community, she is an avid supporter of many charity and arts organizations including Fresh Start Surgical Gifts, Habitat for Humanity, Vashon Allied Arts, and The San Diego Arts Commission, among others. Boni is a member of “Women in the Know,” the National Association of Realtors, is proficient in 1031 Exchange Policies to Defer Capitol Gains, and holds an MBA in addition to SFR and CCS accreditations.

A former real estate agent, Holly studied marketing at Oregon State University and the University of Idaho, and has lived in the Northwest since 1980. She volunteers for Seattle’s FareStart Restaurant and job training program, and supports the Seattle Animal Shelter and VetPAW, a nonprofit that employs post-9/11 veterans to protect African wildlife. When she’s not assisting clients, she enjoys cooking traditional Italian food and spoiling her cat, Daphne.
